These terms apply to your use of this website and to your attendance at sessions run by Active Social Club Collective Ltd. By using the website or attending a session, you agree to them.

Using this website

The information on this website is general information about our sessions. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but current times, places and prices are those shown in the GymCatch app. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Bookings and payments

Bookings and payments are made through GymCatch, and GymCatch's terms apply to the booking and payment process. Cancellation and refund terms for each session are shown in the GymCatch app before you pay. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Taking part in sessions

• Exercise carries a risk of injury. By attending, you confirm that you are fit to take part, or that you have taken advice from your doctor if you are unsure.
• Tell us about any injury, health condition or pregnancy before you start, so that we can adjust the session for you.
• Stop and tell a coach if you feel unwell or in pain.
• Follow the instructions of our coaches and treat other members with respect. We may ask anyone to leave a session if their behaviour puts others at risk or makes them feel unwelcome.
• Look after your own belongings. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged at sessions, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it.

Changes to sessions

We may need to change, move or cancel a session, for example because of weather, venue availability or illness. We will let you know as soon as we can, and your options are explained in the GymCatch app.

Photographs and video

If we plan to publish photographs or video in which you can be identified, we will ask you first. You can ask us to remove an image of you at any time by emailing activesocialclub@outlook.com.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including the name, logo, text and photographs, belongs to Active Social Club Collective Ltd or is used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse it without asking us first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
